2 TBL for $10
How to use:
1 TBL grains / 1TBL sugar / 2 cups water.
Here you have enough to start fermenting 4 cups of kefir, perfect for a pint size mason jar! Grains love a dash of salt mixed in there as well, so make sure you're using good quality salt that's actually rich in minerals. Good sources are himalayan salt, sea salt etc. In about 24-36 hrs, your kefir should be ready. Happy grains multiply, make sure to change within this time frame. Our water kefir grains are not exactly bright white like most grains, because we use organic sugar cane crystals which is beige color.
